Shipping policy

Processing and shipping times vary depending on the type of cup ordered.

Lava, custom, and specialty cups are typically shipped within 1–2 weeks after being created during a live session. Shipping time is based on production completion, not the purchase date.

All cups go through a careful curing and quality check process before shipping. This includes:

• Ensuring no air bubbles are present
• Confirming no leaks or defects
• Allowing proper settling time while the cup remains securely stored

Once the cup passes inspection, it is sealed and shipped.

Please understand I am a small business owner working a full-time job while also fulfilling orders. While I always aim to ship as quickly as possible, occasional delays may occur. However, I take great care to ensure every order is completed correctly and safely before it leaves my hands.

If you require extremely fast turnaround times or cannot wait for handmade processing, I may not be the right shop for you.
